مارينا شيفرين قدمت استقالتها بطريقة غير تقليدية
بعد الضجة الكبيرة التي أحدثها شريط بثّته موظفة ممتعضة وهي تؤدي رقصةً
تعبيريةً للاستقالة من شركتها، ردّت الشركة بشريط راقص خاص بها لتعلن أنها تبحث عن
موظف جديد.
وكانت الأميركية، مارينا شيفرين، بثت شريطاً مصوراً لها وهي ترقص بين
المكاتب في الشركة التي تعمل بها في تايوان على أنغام أغنية لكانيي ويست، بعد أن اقتحمتها
عند الساعة الرابعة فجراً.
وقد نال الشريط نسبة مشاهدة عاليةً جداً حول العالم، ما دفع الشركة التي
كانت تعمل فيها إلى بثّ شريط مصوّر خاص بها يظهر الموظفون فيه وهم يرقصون بين المكاتب.
وتمّنى الموظفون لمارينا التوفيق، وقالوا ساخرين "نحن شركة رائعة
توظف استناداً إلى المهارات بالرقص"، معلنين أن الشركة تطلب موظفاً يحلّ مكان
مارينا.
وفي الشريط تظهر الشركة بعض الامتيازات التي تقدمها للموظفين من مسبح
على السطح وساونا.
وكانت مارينا ظهرت في شريط وهي ترقص رقصاً تعبيرياً وتنتقل من مكتب إلى
آخر، مع كتابات على أسفل الشاشة تقول فيها "على مدى سنتين، ضحيت بعلاقاتي ووقتي
وطاقتي لمصلحة هذا العمل ورئيسي يهتم بالكمية فقط وليس بالنوعية".
وقالت إنها تعمل لصالح شركة تنتج أفلاماً على الإنترنت وإن رئيسها لا
يهتم إلا بعدد المشاهدات.
غير أن مدير الشركة، قال إن مارينا كانت تتقاضى 42 ألف دولار سنوياً وتسافر
في رحلات عمل إلى تايلاند، وهونغ كونغ، ولا أحد يفرض عليها ساعات عمل إضافية.
